An esteemed graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, Nick became a pivotal part of Kewell Converters in 1998. Bringing with him a profound depth of industrial knowledge coupled with dynamic leadership attributes, Nick has since sculpted an Operations and Production team that stands exemplary in the industry.
Beyond orchestrating the meticulous manufacturing and timely dispatch of top-tier foam products, Nick has a penchant for endurance sports. Often, he can be spotted navigating the picturesque roads of Kent, gearing up for marathon and endurance challenges. Off the professional grid, he’s a devoted family man, blessed with three wonderful children. Nick’s past accolades include leading teams as a captain at the Warlingham Rugby Club, and he still occasionally graces its fields. Beyond the play, he’s known for his sage advice and uplifting words, often shared over friendly gatherings at the bar.

Armed with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marcos embarked on an illustrious journey in the corporate engineering landscape, collaborating with notable entities such as Astra Zeneca Plc. In 2004, he integrated his expertise with the Kewell Converters family business. Currently, Marcos spearheads the Commercial and Business Development divisions, nurturing pivotal relationships with our esteemed customers and suppliers.
In his leisure, Marcos reminisces about his days as a county rugby and water-polo enthusiast. Today, he continues to make sporting appearances, joining the Old Wilsonian Football Club’s veterans and indulging in weekly 5-aside football escapades. As he ventures into mastering the intricate nuances of golf, Marcos simultaneously cherishes family life with his wife and three children. He plays an instrumental role in directing Kewell Converters’ growth trajectory, working alongside his brother, Nick Kewell, in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Joining Kewell Converters in 2018, Neil boasts an impressive track record of nearly three decades in engineering sales and manufacturing, with specialization in the non-ferrous metals and thermoplastics sectors. His multifaceted expertise spans from procurement and sales to adept production and warehouse management. Neil jestingly attributes his comprehensive experience—symbolized by the many hats he’s worn—to his thinning hair.
Outside of his professional commitments, Neil cherishes moments with his three adult children and two grandchildren. Whether it’s enjoying serene moments with his wife in local coffee shops, observing the ebb and flow of life, or navigating the local countryside with his trusty cocker spaniel by his side, Neil embraces a balanced blend of work and leisure.

Geoff graced Kewell Converters with his presence in September 2020, enriched with an astounding 45 years in the engineering domain. Notably, 26 of those years were dedicated to pivotal Quality roles. With a diverse professional background spanning defence, retail, and electronics sectors and having held various managerial positions, Geoff stands as an invaluable pillar of our organisation.
In his capacity at Kewell Converters, Geoff seamlessly amalgamates Quality Assurance and Quality Control. He fosters a collaborative environment, working hand in hand with the shop floor teams, facilitating training, and driving process enhancements with collective team input.
Beyond the confines of work, Geoff’s passions lie in the realm of motorsport and the restoration of vintage bicycles. He’s also an avid metal detector enthusiast, jestingly on the lookout for his next big find. A loyal supporter of Charlton Athletics, Geoff’s most cherished moments are spent with his young granddaughter, creating memories to last a lifetime.

Scot’s expertise in foam fabrication and converting is complemented by his dedication to customer satisfaction and leadership in pioneering new materials and processes.
Outside of work, Scot is a devoted family man, balancing his thriving career with personal interests such as playing golf, watching football, cooking and baking—where he enjoys the technical precision of the craft. Scot’s future aspirations include expanding Kewell’s footprint in various industries including Aviation and Military applications. Chloe enjoys spending her weekends and evenings shopping, cooking and spending time near the coast enjoying a drink watching the boats.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tracey cherishes her roles as a mother of three and a grandmother, relishing the delightful chaos her grandchild brings. A keen enthusiast for the outdoors, she often finds solace in walking her dog and cherishing moments with her family. Outside of his professional endeavors, John is an enthusiastic cyclist, often exploring scenic routes. He also cherishes cinematic experiences, frequently enjoying trips to the cinema accompanied by family and friends.

With an impressive 22-year tenure in the vehicle dismantling industry, Richard brings a wealth of experience to Kewell Converters. Throughout his career, he has operated and maintained an extensive range of equipment, from pneumatic depollution rigs to large 22-tonne material handlers. Notably, he has overseen the dismantling of vehicles as diverse as the humble Metro to the illustrious McLaren.
Outside of work, Richard is a devoted father to his two sons. Now, with the luxury of having Saturdays off, he cherishes the additional time spent with them. During the lockdown, he discovered a passion for cooking and frequently delights his family with his culinary experiments. With his favorite rum in hand and a diverse playlist in the background, Richard has successfully turned his kitchen into a gastronomic haven, and we’re pleased to report his culinary creations have been nothing but delightful.

Dave brings to Kewell Converters a rich background of 17 years in the motor trade, primarily in fast-fit centres, specializing in tyre fittings and under-car services. Outside the professional realm, Dave cherishes quality moments with his wife and two teenage daughters. He also has a passion for various hobbies, including fishing, metal detecting, and airsoft.

Outside of work, Charlie is a family man with a 7-year-old daughter, 2-year-old son, and a lovable miniature dachshund, all supported by his wonderful wife. In his spare time, he is deeply passionate about Arsenal football club and enjoy carp angling as a hobby.

With a distinctive lumberjack aesthetic complemented by a beard reminiscent of a classic era, he seamlessly blends his rich heritage with cutting-edge design skills.
Our expert has an unmatched ability to transform rudimentary sketches and intricate ideas into tangible, high-quality products, even when the designs seem complex. His passion and proficiency are evident in every project he undertakes.
Outside the realms of foam design, he showcases his environmental commitment by driving one of the most compact convertible Mercedes-Benz sports cars available. A dedicated swimmer, he can often be found refining his strokes at his preferred private spa baths during the evenings.
